I like this blog topic! I love eating, that's probably why.

My favourite thing to make and therefore my favourite recipe is that of Lebkuchen. I don't bake a lot, but this I would probably call my speciality if I had to.

My nanny being German, I grew up eating these every christmas and so they were always around. I am a big fan of ginger in all things but soft, spicy biscuits with icing? HELLO. I tend to add a little lemon into my icing because yum.
