I've learned how to do custom decals and parts for studio which has allowed me to do two things. Now I can put graphics straight onto the bricks and don't have to photoshop them in after the render every time and I can create small parts for details like lights that standard pieces are too big for.
As the graphics are prepped in Photoshop first, I can put any graphic I can create on a model which is really exciting. It shouldn't be too difficult for most ships but the racing frames, I'll try to go to town on and really see what I can do. This is a physical build I did with stickers so the challenge is to look better than this with a digital graphics job.

I like the style of having names painted big and logo emblems dotted around - it completes the attitude.
