So, since I am a writer and my bachelors degree is in communication I really need to start getting serious about blogging, social media, and writing short stories. What usually happens is that I overload myself with ideas about what my blog should be like or try to create too many goals at once for writing. To try and combat this I am going to set one simple goal for the month: post one personal fact every day until October 7th. I hope this will be an effective and simple way to start building my blog site and not overwhelming myself.
Today for my personal fact, I am going to talk about my workout habits, or the lack there of. I absolutely dislike sweating. It makes my skin itch. I have naturally oily skin and hair, so sweating does not help at all. But when I do exercise, I do it naked. Having clothes touching me only make me sweat more. When I exercise naked, I feel like my whole body is breathing and I am not constricted by my clothing. I also exercise at home, right before my shower. This minimizes the time that I am sweaty. Just by adjusting a few things I am more likely to work out and be comfortable while doing it.
I encourage everyone to try this. You never know, it may help you just as much as it helps me. Because honestly, who wants to workout? Not this chick.
