I decuded to quit smoking last night.

HAve noticed something odd with my breathing as of late when exhaling....



I havent had a ciggarette in about16 hours :S

Through out the pack I had on me last night and gave fresh packet to a guy I work with this morning :S

I was all good till I got to his house. Then I had one :S

Bit edgy :S
