Well, since I forgot my automatic re-activation was set to "ON", it looks like I've paid for another year membership to SG without even realizing it. I'm not going anywhere! I do hope to become pink someday, though
This weekend was mass craziness. The wedding that PhotoJoe shot was hectic, but turned out great. The pictures are awesome! My only gripe is that the wedding cake was an 80 pound cheesecake, which equals disgusting.
Me + cheesecake = not friends.
Anywhoo, we got back to Orlando on Sunday morning, and the boy went off to work. I lounged in bed for a few hours, reading a book. It was lovely.
Agh...Monday was insane. We got a U-haul and proceeded to shove tons of shit from the apartment into it, like a full-size upright deep freezer, a 5 piece sectional couch, and a 50" big-screen TV. The boy was so helpful, I defiantely wouldn't have been able to do it without him! So all that stuff is moved into the house now. FINALLY. I still need to get the little stuff from the apartment over there, but everything I own is currently crammed into my tiny bathroom at the apt, because my apartment complex decided it would be fun to lay new carpet down. But did the carpet guys come at 8 AM, like they said they would? Nope. Are there here now? Nope.
I LOVE PEOPLE.
Today consists of going to the bank, possibly more painting at the casa, and some movie-watching. Tomorrow I'm going shopping with the fabulously unstoppable norma_jean, who is going to be pink in two shakes of a lamb's tail. I don't really know what that phrase means.
My dad is bringing up all my furniture from home on Friday, which is fab. He painted everything black and pink--best dad ever! Yay for father-daughter boding time.
T-minus 11 days until the boy and I set sail on the high seas for the cruise! Keep your fingers crossed we don't die in a hurricane
