I'm getting back into my old ways where I feel like I have nothing to live for. .I used to be like this in high school and that is wheni started cutting myself buti stop now because I now see that even ifi cut the problem doesn't go away... what shouldi do to stop myself from getting to depressed??

Definitely find someone you can talk to as keeping these feelings inside is not healthy. A therapist is the best option if you can make it work. If not, then someone very reliable and trustworthy that can help you navigate your feelings. @klaudeman is right that we are available to help and this is a supportive environment for you. Feelings of cutting always have deeper roots that need exploration...

For me, it's exercise. Not gyms, because I don't like the fishbowl thing. I run, which is hard to get out the door and get started, but sometimes great once I get going, especially very early in the morning when there is no-one around. Or fencing, because if I'm not getting into anything, sometimes someone trying to hit me gets me focused, and being so concentrated leaves no headspace for anything else. Or boxing. I'm a bit of a coward and not actually to keen on being hit hard in the head, so nothing competitive but I do like hitting focus pads
