i feel so so good. i went running earlier for 20 or 30 mins (i went running for about the same amount of time yesterday too. i feel accomplished because i haven't run at all or done any type of exercie for at least 3 months. yesss
). then my softball team won in double overtime. it was such a great game. i'm so proud of them. the girls were really knocking the balls out there and the guys were making some awesome defensive plays.
i sold a good amount of classifieds today at work. kind of sucks we only get 6% commission on classefieds though. BUT my boss brought me some of the BEST szechuan tofu & veggies EVER. you know i love that shit. her husband brought it home after some catered press junket thing and they are pretty hardcore carnivores so they donated it to me. maaan. delish.

my gender in latin american history prof turned me onto quinoa last semester. it's just a grain but it has 5 grams of protein per serving (almost as much as nuts) and is wheat and gluten free. it's like couscous but fluffy like rice and ever so tasty. it was a staple in the incan diet.
