so i ended up having a mini breakdown last night. i won't really go into it, but i was crying for like an hour and a half straight. in the shower i started hyperventilating (only happened once before) which freaked me out. i had to turn of the water and lean against the tiles. i couldn't stop sucking in air like a maniac so i just lied down in the empty tub until my breathing slowed down. then my brain kind of kicked back into normal mode. i went and got scott's subwoofer out of the living room and hooked it up to my computer and blared some peaches and missy elliott. so i'm homeostatic again.
a few hours later scott & i journeyed to atx to make a cameo at sky lounge with hbsa. i'm happy we were on the "VIP" list and only had to pay $5. some san francisco dj was mixing typical techno and the entire place was packed rave style. they had laser and a fog machine and a wall display. the bass was so intense i could feel the tiny hairs on my arms flying. crazy man. we danced for a bit (hard to do with techno when you're not rolling), had some drinks, and bounced out of there - after i danced on a speaker of course. there was a guy running around with a hardcore pro camera, so i'm sure promo pictures will be up on their site soon which i will snatch.
today the man & i woke up and went to eat thai food with russell. MMMMMMM. sesame seed tofu. then we went to the river and basked, read, and drank sunshine wheat beer. today was lovely. it was a little chilly to go swimming, but the weather was absolutely gorgeous. i feel soooo mcuh better than i did last night. maybe i just needed a good cry? or sex

Some times you need those moments of hardcore crying to let go of a lot of built up emotions you didn't even know were there. I haven't cried in almost a year and it worries me. I'm glad you got it out and sounds like you had a good night!
