and here i thought i had a reaction to my tetanus shot, when a couple of days later (today), i realize this is 'the flu'. for fuck's sake. i don't know which is really worse. now, not only do i feel weak & achy, i also have an earache, sore throat, runny nose, & cough to match. goddamn it. so...night clinic tomorrow after the lawyer. i hope the kids don't get sick from being around me. now would be a good time to have a significant other to keep them for me while i relax in bed & drink soup. no such luck for me, though.

my 2-year marriage anniversary is in 2 days. i think i'll spend it with friends. no point thinking about the past unless the memories are pleasant ones, right?
