The past week has been such a whirlwind of activity. Somewhere under my apprehension and excitement is extreme gratitude. Is this even real? Am I going to wake up and still be a homeless ------, will it still be 2007? Am I going to drown in the pool of non-stop action and emotion? No, this is going to wonderful. All of this is so, so wonderful.
To quote "The Odd One", from the chapter entitled "Tea and Trimmings" :
And so began a new life for the discreet young queen, a life full of action and emotion.
The icing on the good-news cake is, I'm having an article published in the 25th anniversary program for the conference of the ---------------.
The sunshine is such a nice break from the sometimes lovely, but often terribly sad few years it has been. G-d. Happy new year, and may all good things come to you this year, to all of you.
