I'm learning not to hate myself when I'm made of round shapes.


I join you again for another dizzy morning in the haunted attic. I'm going to work now and waiting on an email to see if I have to work tonight. I am secretly (or not so secretly) hoping for an evening off, so I can just snuggle the evening away. The boxspring broke so now the mattress is on the floor which makes for a wonderful little inset nest. It feels so much more familiar than being elevated, I think I want to keep it this way.

Tomorrow night I fly down south, wish this puddle of nerves some luck. It means I will likely get a new tattoo, and likely have a very sad next week when I once again position myself in the attic, on the other side of the country from my sweet little family.

So as soon as I get back, I'll go apple picking.

Yawn, a prayer for the quiet day I'm dreaming of. And a happy Wednesday to everyone.
