All sorts of new progressions! It's been a quiet, but not entirely uneventful recovery. I found out I'm having some thyroid issues, which may be the reason I got ill, and may also be the reason I've been having difficulty losing weight. Or perhaps I'm just doing a bit too much sitting on my bottom day in and day out

School starts up again soon, and for that I am grateful. I want to be out of the haus- I've been a bit of a shut in as of late. I'd really like to go out and do something tonight, but what to do? Some wine, a blunt, and the last season of Arrested Development again? There must be something else going on...there's a punk rock show at the pub up the road. I always feel strange going to things like that alone though, and the bands on board sounded sort of, "meh".

On Saturday I'm meeting a total stranger for margaritas. I'm excited. It's unusually outgoing of me to just take shots in the dark at friendship, but this girl seems nice.

There are probably nice people around here, somewhere...

I've been doing so much songwriting, it's splendid. And, I learned how to play "Pieta, Signore" on the accordion, and I can sing it at the same time Maybe I'll make a video of that eventually to show you all what a freak I am :p
