Back from Portland, OR. Jesus fuck, I love that place. I borrowed a bike to get around on for the week. I loved just about everything about Portland. Leaving this place really made me realize how dissatisfied I am with my current situation. Make no mistake, I love my warm little apartment in this strange and dirty city, and I love my roommates, and my band...

but the quality of life here is low, and it's dirty, and sometimes lonely and dangerous.


In other news, I'm playing show next Friday, which will kick off a long string of Autumn/Winter shows. We're going from New York to Maine, back through NY, and then Montreal by January. Wish me luck, muthas.




Thank you to all who gave me virtual hugs and kind words regarding the preview image from my last entry. That set has yet to be submitted to MR, so it won't go up until Jan. or Feb. but I'll keep you updated I'm hesitant to even submit it though. My tolerance for the tones used in the critiques on this site is growing increasingly low. I'm starting to feel like I may be wasting my time submitting sets...meh. Who knows.
