why dont they make boots out of more durable stuff....i've just managed to get mine to nicely worn in foot hugging comfy way and ive worn through the sole in one and water comes in when it rains

Which has put me into the lazy mans catch 22..if i go and get new ones my feet will get wet as theres a hole in one but i could get the train to the bike shop but thats just too much effort and i'd rather ride there anyway,I could wait and see if it stops raining BUT it might not OR i could just hope its dry tommorrow and put up with hole'y boot 1 more day.Ive no doubt i'll spend the rest of the day umming and ahhing it over changing my mind several times
