I've gone to yoga classes for about a year and it really helped me to get along with my depression. After a yoga lession i feel relieved and energetic.
And whenever I feel depressed I take a break and do some yoga. I do something only for me, my body and especially my soul. I feel so much better afterwards.
So I wonder, if anybody else made good or even terrific experinces with yoga (or similar activities like tai chi etc.)?
If you never tried yoga, give it a try. maybe it will work for you as well.

Or if you really want to splurge, get yourself a hooker and get a nice work out .
