I dunno, I'm feeling weird. I'm like, in a pleasant mood, despite everything going on with family, and being broke, and hating my job, and all that. I'm like...
serene.
And I don't know why, but it's cool.
So anyways, other than working today, I talked to an artist friend of mine who designed this tribal glyph that is basically flames that curl up to form a dragon... so now I think I want to get a pair of those for my shoulders, it will be a nice frame for my star (when I get it, shich should be as soon as I have the $$$)
And I got into a discussion with my friend the other day about tattoos. For some reason, I fond nothing wrong with sleeves, but I for some reason can't see myself ever getting inked on my chest, stomach, or the front of my legs. It's like "I don't care if it's visible, but nothing on the front, only the back and sides, please" it's weird. Plus I have this hangup that I can't imagine getting color work instead of black and grey, even though I have seen a lot of SWEET color tattoos... (ironically, one of the best being a certain kitty tattoo with lotsa stars on a certain someone's leg )
Anyways, I dunno. Am I just being all weird about tattoos or is it truely a "to each their own" thing?

No problem about the love, there's tons here for you.
Oh my yes, tattoos are most definitely a "to each their own" thing. If you're going to have artwork permanently etched onto your body, you had damn well better be comfortable with where it goes, and what it looks like. My sweetie is not a tattoo fan, although he seems to have grown accustomed to the mermaid on my leg and my peacocks. However, he completely freaked when he saw the Goddess over my heart (and in his case, "completely freaked" means "made a hmph noise in the back of his throat, turned around and walked away very, very quickly"). I'm sorry he feels that way, and I love him to death, but - my body, my choice!!!
Keep on feeling serene. The world needs more serenity.
