So, my first midterm of the week was today... That was fun. More like 1.5 hrs of torture. I just don't have the drive to study anymore. I have another one tomorrow and the last one is on Friday. I'm kinda worried that I'm not worried about the midterm tomorrow. It's in Pharmacy Law, and traditionally, a lot of people have trouble with this class. I mean, the prof is tricky, there's no doubt about it, and with law it is very easy to be tricky because it is all about word choices, etc. Every word has a meaning and is important... But at the same time, it's like the laws really aren't that difficult to understand. Yeah, this and that is illegal, of course it is (but in the real world, we break laws all the time in pharmacy, BECAUSE patient care is more important!). I dunno what it is, is it because of my background in philosophy, that I'm not worried? Is it because of my work experience and getting lectured on what is legal and what is not? I just hope I don't fail this exam tomorrow. I don't want to be in school a moment more than I have to be.
In an attempt to avoid studying, I installed my printer on my laptop again. I got this printer a while ago and found out that I could put it on my home network after I bought it. So, I set it up on the network and get everything installed. It worked find from the desktop AND from the laptop. It was amazing! The freedom to print from anywhere in my apartment! It was a new day! I had a new outlook on life! Then...the printer didn't show up on my laptop anymore. WTF? I searched around online and found that, apparently, this printer likes to uninstall itself, randomly! There was an update, but obviously, it was too late. So, like a sucker, I had to move everything to my desktop to print, which is ridiculous, cause all my pharmacy work is on the laptop. Anyway, I got it working again today, YAY!
It's the little things that keep me going, day-to-day...
