Not sure about the scratch tickets. I used to put a bit too much money into slot machines some time back. Eventually I got so disgusted with myself I no longer enjoyed playing. But that's no advice really.
I can only tell you what you already know but is true nonetheless - you're the only one who can make you quit.

On Saturday, I actually managed to creep myself out. As a result, I went to AC and lost a bunch of money that I'll never be able to get back. Just further proving to myself that I need some friends in the real life.

For the record: I did go to AC last sunday and came back $200 richer. I was surprisingly unaffected. I always go to AC to relieve headaches but this one wasn't going away. Fortunately, I have a very cool co-worker who calmed me down and I was able to focus again, until this past Friday when another issue came up........sheesh, I really want to get...
