This was a huge day for me and the wife. We closed on our house in South Philly!! We are now officially homeowners. Pretty crazy. I never thought this day would come since we've had so many problems along the way. I swear I'm an expert now. Anyone needs advice on buying let me know. I'd hate to see other people have all the same problems along the way.
