Did you ever had an imaginary friend ? or even some kind of hero to whom you wished you could confess yourself in every moment of need? or only to comfort yourself, you know this feeling of not being alone for once.
But not really. It's not like talking with you psychologist it's just like holding your inner child in your own arms.
For I, have Harry Potter i believe. Haha, it's sounds geeky or even a bit old-fashioned to say it like this, cause I wasn't that young when I first read it. I guess I'm as "old" as the character ...
He accompanies me in every single moment of the year ; all my break ups (of course), each break down, each anxiety crisis to calm me down or even in the good ! On a late afternoon on a Sunday, with someone or alone , in my travelling journey, when I come home a bit drunk and that I want to finish my "party" by eating a bowl of cereals in my bed watching one of the movies...
Of course, I know people might say but the movies are not the books it's not the same; blablabla.
I read the books, I have watched the films (a million times as I reckon I know the text perfectly) it's just the same story I don't care whether some stuff is missing, the magic still here. And it always works.
If I want to enter my comfort zone, I believe it has something to do with Harry Potter.
Before it exists I remember people had a particular attachment ( very similar ) with Star Wars.
Then, I guessed I'm not alone.
