Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend!
I didn't do a whole lot this weekend. Spent every day with Andrew watching movies and just hanging out. It was really nice though and I needed it badly.
What I DID do though is this:
I moved this ratty old desk from our garage into my bedroom to use it as my new makeup table. It was disgusting from sitting out there for a year so I had to clean it really well. There are still scratches and marks on it though but I liked them, it gives it character. I love this thing because it has a ton of room on top, enough room in the drawers for more makeup, and side shelves for all of my hair tools and products. All I need is a good mirror but until then I'm using a hand mirror and that stupid fucking stand up mirror :(
I feel accomplished though. I'd like to get some organizing trays for the stuff in the drawers and maybe an acrylic brush organizer. For now I bought two plastic vases and filled them with colorful rocks to keep them in place. The other one I used for Q-Tips and makeup remover cloths.
ANYWAY
How was everyone else's weekend?! What did you guys do? :)
SIDE NOTE: I have a Burzum shirt that I got quite a few years ago but I never wear it because it's too big. It's currently a medium and has the fit like any regular mens band tee. Does anyone know how I can go about cutting it or something to make it more fitted and feminine? I want to wear it more but I HATEHATEHATE baggy clothing. Thanks!
