Remember when I said I was going off all migraine meds? well i chickened out, i couldn't imagine putting myself through that much pain willingly when i have something right in my drawer that can help me temporarily. NO WILLPOWER. I'm quite disappointed in myself actually. when will i ever learn? Now I have been suffering all day with pain and guilt. GREAT.

I am going to use up this prescription and then not get it filled. I think that's the only way I can do this. One migraine is more than enough to go through without meds in one month. I've already had three.
