well things aren't going so well between my husband and I these days. The outcome doesn't look good. I don't know we're trying t figure it out, but I think it's like oil and water and we have a little girl together which makes it all the harder.
So I have a question for anyone who wants to take a gander,
Why do people as a whole keep getting involved in relationships, especially those who've had their heart broken. Is it the hope of the ideal settle down and happily ever after situation, or is it just one of those things people have been doing for ever so why change it now?

I couldn't tell you why people keep getting involved in relationship because I've had so few. I've never had one last more than 2 monthes, and I haven't had one for over a year.
From my perspective, it's human nature. People do it because it is natural and ingrained in their primal instincts. Yes, I have the desire to find a soulmate and live a happy, love filled life, but in the meantime, I avoid all relationships because I know they always fail for me. I have had my heart broken, and I have been taken advatage of. For me, love is dead. It's a loney, self-indulged life. I can say that the grass is not greener on the side you are speaking of.
It's about balances. I know I would not be better off in a relationship, so I live life happily with what I have. I can say I'm pretty content with how I live.
