In sympathy with some of you's (you know who you are) injuries, I discovered this whilst at the gym this morning:



I'm guessing it's from snowboarding last Sunday. Note: snowboarding and gay karaoke in one Sunday don't make for a good Monday at the office. Not that I'll let it stop me boarding at Crystal tomorrow (if I can get to sleep that is).

After taking that photo, I took another one of me just in my shorts and emailed it to a girl. <waits whilst you urgently check your inbox>. No, it wasn't any of you.
