I want to share with you some informations about my life. I am usually shy but i can get comfortable very quickly. So. Today i want to introduce you some of famous ( or less famous) pastry in my place Bordeaux. It's called cannelés. It's a little cake with rum. Crispy outside and really moist inside. This is a hard pastry to make. Not the mix but the crust. Only work with some copper mold ( i tried 😂). But it is delicious.
