Remaining issues with Ubuntu: none. I got the windows computers to see the shares on this computer a couple of days ago, and I finally got my PDA to sync yesterday. I have full functionality now, so I don't need to worry about using workarounds by the time next semester starts. I also installed OpenOffice.org on my laptop last night. I think it will be better to not have to move between formats, and I move documents from my laptop to my desktop all the time. I've used Star Office before, and I did end p using OpenOffice a bit this semester, so it's not an unfamiliar program, and if I have to email a document to a windows user I can save it in .doc form (although I know from experience that that's not without it's hiccups), or I can just print to .pdf.
I got some of my grades. I did well in the Epistemology seminar, which pleased me since that was the only paper where I had a substantial amount of my own thought thrown in at the end. I didn't do as well in either Political Philosophy or Moral Philosophy, but I was happy with my Political Philosophy grade anyway. I might have done better in Moral Philosophy if I had written a paper just for it instead of turning in the same paper twice, but I did what I had time to do. Also, if I had just turned in the long version without chopping out a section, it might have been better. I didn't originally think the axed section was that important, but it was a good section, so I should have just kept it and turned it in even it was too long. No grade yet for Aristotle. I really should be reading some philosophy stuff right now to get ready for next semester, but I don't have much here, and I haven't gone out to get anything. *shrug*
