So, at the end of the first week of class, I've been to two out of four classes. One was canceled, and will be canceled again next week. The other will meet for the first time on Tuesday. I have managed to do all of the reading I've been assigned for next week, which means I can start on Mill's Utilitarianism this weekend. I have to read that for the class that's canceled, but it's a good chunk of reading, and the syllabus seemed demanding, so I wanted to give myself a good bit of time to read it and take notes. I don't have an idea of exactly how my homework schedule is going to look right now, but I imagine I'm going to do what I can when I can, including just picking at things when I only have a little while, then rereading everything when I have more time. Grad school is rough, don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

Tara needs to visit her family, so we'll be in Lafayette this Sunday. At least I'll still get Monday off since the library is closed on labor day.

Some datelike things happened a couple of weeks ago, but nothing new has happened on that front in a while. I don't have too much time to worry about it now, though.

Now, I think we're going to watch some things on the Fix.
