Back from the Loone Star State. Place just gets weirder and weirder.
Mom was definitely feeling the effects of the chemo, but began to feel better towards the end of the week. I wish there was more I could do, but there isn't, and for that I feel a complete failure.
Its 2007 seems like it was just 1997 or 1987 for that matter.
New years eve blew, again. Went to a bar and left before midnight. Too many amateurs.

I'm sure flying to Texas to be with her helped quite a bit. I know how you feel. I struggled with how devastated my friend looked during chemo. But, like I said before, once the treatment stops she'll rebound fairly quickly.
