I knew I shouldn't have looked at the pics in the dog group. Now I'm really sad and missing Spaz and Vesta. They have been the only support I have had for a long time and I really miss them.
I bought an air mattress today so I can sleep in the studio where I work. My boss doesnt mind he did the same thing when he was in Florence, and he recently had two guys from Germany live in the Studio for 3 months.
Some one planted the idea that Rosemarie is leaving the site. I hope not. I look forward to her journals and pictures. It reminds me that there are nice people out there. I wish I could have someone in my life like that some day.
So far I am liking my job. There is a chance I may get to go to China if every thing works out. We are doing a project that involves discarded Chinese buildings that the client buys cheap and sells. These buildings are almost 2000 years old and are on the way to the landfill. He dismantles them and transports them to Beijing for storage. They are truly magnificent. We are designing an enclosure to contain 3 of these buildings that will become an entertainment complex.

I'm sorry you couldn't bring the dogs with you there. I had the pleasure of owning a Pomeranian for a few weeks before I had to give him away because my mom doesn't like pets.....I couldn't bring him to ny with me. Even in that short time I had him I still miss him. I can't even imagine how you are feeling.
I hope you get to go to China. I'd like to go to Japan one day- I've been there, but only for a few hours and didn't get to see much so I don't think it counts.
I've been using that word as a cuss replacement. "I'm out of beer... BEANS!"
