I got candlebox tickets for a show on Aug 29th at the Crocodile Rock In Allentown. It's not what you would call a concert though. Their on tour promoting their new album "Into The Sun" and tickets were only $18.00, so they were affordable for my broke ass self. My fav song is an older song (Far Behind) and pathetically I can listen to that song on repeat for hours. I know.....I'm lame I'm excited though because I never go anywhere or do anything anymore and sadly the only concert/show I've ever been to was "New Kids On The Block" when I was a little girl, so I'm hoping it will be a fun night.


My older sister is a lingerie bartender and she got me an interview with the owner of the bar last week. Eventhough I don't have experience bartending, he said that he was willing to let my sister train me and If I did good and liked it then he would hire me. I hope I like it and that it works out because I need the extra money. I only plan to work Fridays with my sister, but the extra cash from even one day will help out right now. Everyone at the bar was really nice and friendly and I didn't mind the atmosphere too much, so wish me luck


I'm probably going to spend my day off tomorrow at the book store reading. I can't afford to buy a book right now, so I plan on just reading whatever I find there. I might try to work on my writing a little too, but I'm honestly not feeling the whole writing thing right now. My mind is just too cluttered! I truly believe that once I have some stability in my life (If that does ever even happen), that I'll really begin to blossom as a person and a writer.
