So my past 24 hours...has been weird. I woke up watched some Stargate the went to my brothers. He has been smoking a pig for 18 hours plus! Hung out with a few of my nieces nephews as well. Had fun. Then I went up to Portland with some military buddies of mine. We stopped by this bar, which was pretty kool.
This is where things get weird for me. This girl taps me, being me and more I jump. She laughs and tells me I'm wearing some really kool shoes. Being me I have no idea what to say, generally I don't talk to girls. (I'm shy, not gay) say ya thanks. I kept on with talking to the military folks i'm with. We were drinking, I was the only one drinking whiskey in the group.
And after awhile, one of the guys tells me there she is. I look over and the girl who spoke to me is like an arms length away and he keeps telling me he'll talk to her and I keep saying no no. I tell him I don't have the balls to. About 30 minutes later shes at the bar. I finally get the balls to go up to her. So I ask her if I may buy her this drink.
She says no, she's just drinking water. Ok, defeated in my mind. I walk away my friends are like WTF are you crazy!!! Then after about two hours watching her dancing with other guys and turning down the same guys for other dances I finally get the balls to go back up to her.
Which mind you, takes a bloody lot out of me. I'm the quiet type that doesn't mind waiting a few years to make a move.
But anyhow, I ask her to dance. Hoping she would say yes, but figured she would say no. She smiles and says yes. Uh oh, I have no idea how to dance like she was and the rest of the club. So I just went with it after the song she grabs my hand and we walk away and she makes a comment which I didn't catch I go back to my friends after about 10 minutes I go back up and ask her if she wants to dance again.
Guess she's taking a break for awhile. Then about 30 minutes later we go to leave and I ask her for her number. She said no so I walked away and she grabbed my hand with both hands and tells me thank you for being nice. I try to leave, she does it again.
Really nice girl, beautiful. But first time i've ever asked a girl to dance or a girl i've never seen before for a number. She said no to the number, but she almost did give it to me. I can't blame her for not, half the damn bar was trying to get in her pants!!!
