finger are crossed for the next nurse appointment, she said my blood pressure was high but she is hoping it was just me freaking out because I was running late for work that day. I had schedule next appointment off so wont be fluster like last time. Will have to start using the machine around the house and walking our yard/street whatever. Or even head up to the state park just to be around the 'outdoor". Ugh I feel like Charlie Brown.
