Someone came in with a higher offer... But, we viewed the most perfect house yesterday. So fuck the old one, on with trying to get this one. Damn buying a house sucks. Lesson learnt; Do not get attached to a house until you have completed, or at least exchanged. Fuck.
Plus side, puppy is grumpy as usual hah!
