I know I'm obssesing about this ferris wheel thing but... The city closes one side of the street down turns it into a raised ice skating rink and a ferris wheel on the other?
Now in Detroit they close down a whole street on a weekend or 2 have snow machines cover the area in snow w/ice skating,ice carving competition, a snowboarding half pipe,live music,a heated beer tent now that's something to do on a 13 degree day!
