Alright! Strict diet of no more than 2,000 calories a day (had only about 1700, today). I spend at least 40 minutes excersizing! Drinking lots of water (12 glasses, today!). Doing good!
I messed up a bit and went WAY too high on the sodium, but for a beginner that's not bad!
I lost 5 pounds over the weekend! I know that rate won't keep up, but my target is 180 pounds!
I've got a lot of people watching me to make sure I don't slip up and fall off the wagon again. It's not an issue of willpower, but incentive, right?
