I finally pulled together the money to send in my RX7 for a new engine and transmission (centerforce clutch included) and I was pleased with the news I recieved. I wont be getting back a naturally aspirated engine, rather a 13BT with a new drivetrain, ECU, and rear end. After the porting and injectors being swapped, and the turbo spooling out 14psi I should be settling in around 320hp in my 2,400lb RX7... Thats just hot. I can't wait to get my car back in 3 weeks, I wont be able to take it over 3,500rpm for 1,500 miles, but after that i'll be able to wrap it up to over 9,000rpm with no damage, thanks to hardened stationary gears! Simply put, it is a good day to be a gear head, and a good day to be me.
