My right leg won't stop jiggling i am flying on caffiene and sugar i can't remeber how to spell cafiene i am desperately trying to bring myself down with beer.
I slept all day today because I had just done a night shift and was going to do another night shift tonight. I woke up I had coffee then Alison called me and told me she was ill. I don't think any of you have met Alison yet, she is my fiancee and she is perfect. I got ready super fast and went to collect her and bring her home. I was waiting for her train and I got another coffee. I got her home and she was really ill so i stayed home and looked after her, whilst doing this I had four glasses of diet coke with vanilla (its like crack but tastes better) a lovely sandwich and several desserts. I went to bed with Alison at 11 because she sleeps better if I am there. I couldn't sleep because I had slept all day so I got up and headbangers ball was on, so I got all hyped up on metal and started jumping around. Now here I sit twitching. Once again I wish my gym was 24hour I have enough excess energy at the moment to light Las Vegas.
