I guess it's time for a real blog.
I've actually been quite busy lately. This is still a new thing to me. I'm generally unoccupied and wishing for things to do. But my photography and film making have been keeping me quite busy. It's refreshing. To not be sitting on my ass, wishing someone would ask me to do something with them.
Yesterday I photographed my cousins wedding renewal. It was a new experience, because I have never photographed a wedding before. I think I did...meh. Okay. Things were just moving too quickly for me to keep up. and everyone with their smart phones thinking they are the ones who are suppose to be capturing the moments. Fuckers kept getting in my way. Still, I got some pretty great shots. I would hope. Haha! Since I took 827 pictures. My favorites are the shots I got of the flowers, before everyone had a chance to handle them and ruin them

I want to show you all more, but the site doesn't seem to want me to...hmmm
Anyway, it was pretty cool, people at the wedding were asking me if I do this all the time and if I can do it for their wedding..
Without even seeing any of the finished product. But I guess they saw the pictures I did for the invitations.
In other news, my other hobby, filming, is coming along amazingly. I've worked on several projects in the last few months. Doing behind the scenes photography, grip work, extra work. A new project I am involved with is feeling like a huge promotion! I will be the 2nd assistant director.
And besides that, I have a film project of my own in the works. I will be directing, filming, and editing my two models in a bad ass sword fight.I even have a guy doing sfx make-up and my talented cousin on music. This whole thing started from my model Sheri wanting to do another shoot with me, and I wanting it to be a bit on the violent side. The more I thought of it, the more I wanted it to be a movie. So that's what I'm doing.
I will ask this question again for my friends in the UK. I am planning a trip to Scotland for my birthday in April. Is there anyone in the area that wouldn't mind showing me what good?
That's my life in a nutshell for what I'm doing these days. I hope everyone else is having good times and doing what they love. I leave you with some BTS photos of some older projects.
