I got two more tubes removed yesterday. They had one running around my abdominal cavity sucking up rogue fluid that was hiding out in the void space between organs. Man that was a weird feeling. Imagine an eel sitting in amongst your belly suddenly grabbed and pulled out. I felt all this twisting and turning as the tube came out and a residual slime trail along its path after it was removed.
I don't much like the feeling of tubes being inserted or removed. But, that pain in my abdomen was gone as soon as the tube came out, so yey me.
The other was an IV they had in the back of my right hand. I REALLY hate hand sticks.
Spent most of the day asleep. They told me yesterday and confirmed today that I will be going home this afternoon. As an added bonus my house guest will BE LEAVING THIS WEEKEND!!!! Now I call that a homecoming gift. I will save a full journal for that good deed. All I will say for now is that if heaven exists, I'm a shoe-in.
Time for a nap...
