I love the concept of the state liquor store. Why have a sales tax when the state can rake in the profit from liquor sales? Here in New Hampshire, you don't even have to get off the highway to buy booze. We have rest areas specifically devoted to liquor sales.
Picked myself up a handle of Captain this evening. It feels good knowing that:
a) I can enjoy the spiced goodness of the Captain at a fair price, and
b) I just funded the fixing of a pothole somewhere in the state.
Work was 3:45am straight through to 6pm today. Hope I can make it to the slopes one more time before Thanksgiving
