So much nicer and quieter around here now that those awfull elections are over.
It just got sooo ugly. From what I understand it was like that in a lot of places.
Overall I'm bummed about the results, but not really suprised. AZ is a traditionally conservative rebuplican state. Its one of the main reasons I am considering leaving. I want to know what it is like to live someplace little more liberal. I want to have lots of enviornmenally friendly items accessible. I can think of a few places, Boulder CO, Portland OR, the bay area, San Diego, Austin. Im still on contract for a while at my job. When its done I may seriously consider it
Any easy work week this week. I work two days one of which is thankgiving. Its overtime and there will be dinner waiting afterwards.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
Love you all![kiss](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/kiss.fdbea70b77bb.gif)

I know it's mostly wishful thinking, but I'd love for you to move to NYC, or at least plan a visit.
New York City was one of the few places where the local elections went well for people like me. I'm glad I'm not into politics as much as used to be, because I'd have been really heartsick about the election results.
One of the great things locally is that we finally got rid of a very conservative state senator who'd been in office for decades and represented my district.
Showing the "class act" that he is, he's been bitching and moaning about irregularities in the voting process that cost him the election. What a crybaby.
