Hello SG land, I haven't updated this in quite some time, sorry. I think I may have found a car, but now the problem is getting a loan. Banks suck ass.
I am so broke right now. Grr, I got paid 540 dollars today, but all I have is 30 bucks b/c that's how much I had in overdraft fees. Honestly, I can afford a new car, it's just that everything came at once. My kitties were very sick and I ended up having a 300 kitty bill, and then I had to pay the whore for the car, grr... so now the bank doesn't want to give me loans....
I am at work right now. My back hurts severly bad and I don't know why.
I want to start doing Yoga or Pilates, but I have never really done Pilates before and only did yoga in a couple classes, so I was going to go see if i could get some tapes to do them. Does anyone have any reccomendations?
I don't have much to say, and I don't have any energy, so this is the end of my journal for now....thanks to all you kind peoples out there for being so fucking kick ass

I would recommend a bood called "Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns. It's about $8 in paperback. There are techniques for coping, but I found just reading it and seeing how I was not crazy very comforting. It is a book I'll reread in the future when I get anxiety attacks and rage.
The best thing to do is add a new friend.
