I've been hitting the gym religiously in the past few weeks. I run 4-5 miles a day, but that's still not enough. Here's a stereotypical changing room pre-workout picture for ya (I don't think you wanna see how I look like post-workout haha)

What do you guys think? There were a few small costume mishaps, like my belt twisted and I haven't even noticed, and my leg gauntlets kept falling off so I had to fix them all the time! It was also shot in South Carolina in the end of June, and it was freaking HOT and I was sweating like a mofo. Of course, big thanks to ScottSmallin for being a very patient and helpful individual and for being an amazing photographer. I can't wait to collaborate with him again! I am planning to cosplay Elizabeth of Bioshock Infinite next time.
It looks like I might have found a new job, but all they can give me is 1-2 days a week, which is ridiculous. Employers assume that just because I'm a young woman, I apparently do not need the money. What they don't realize is that I need to pay utility/housing bills, and on top of those I also need to pay for my college loans. Oh, yeah, I am also not a breatharian, so, you know, hint hint. I am just very upset about some employer's attitudes, because it's not the first time I am denied a full-time position just because their stereotypes of young women are so deeply rooted.
I am dying to see the Suicidegirls Blackheart Burlesque, so I'll be saving money to see the show in November in Florida. So stoked!
