Good news! I managed to recover most of my really important files--such as various sound textures i had been building and accumulating All thx to an amazing program called "file recovery pro"--which i of course highly recommend Lost a lot of porn tho...but i guess that's no biggie

well....it happened...my computer is royally fucked up. Last night it crashed and then wouldnt boot windows--just kept restarting over and over and over. So then i erase my entire windows partition permanently, and somehow lose my partition containing all my backup shit. Well, I'm not what you'd call computer savvy...at all. But a friend of mine helped me download a decent anti-spyware program, got rid of 600 in all. Quarantined my viruses, set up a fire-wall and vamped up my security. So all that's helping. Keep your fingers crossed...
Anyways, about me...I like musicals! Funny face and My Fair Lady being my favorites. But, my one true love is Jimmy Stewart. I watch a lot of old movies. As far as modern music and movies go I have to admit I'm a little clueless

Well this week is definitely picking up. I have a new Aphex Twin release to look forward to. I found a great plugin that allows me to route my midi data any way i want in my sequencer AND i got a pic of myself to upload. Beware tho ladies.....u might become dangerously wet if viewed head on. I'd suggest not looking directly at it...

It's good to hear things are going better for you. Not that I really understood too well, I don't speak tech to well. But it seemed like a good thing. And yea for getting your pic to upload. It makes me feel like less of a dork, when I know what my friends on here look like. Who am I kidding, I am a huge dork, and there isn't anything that can stop it. 
Today kinda sucked ass. Trying to learn a new job is hard, but having a design team constantly change specs on you is damn frustrating. I'm kinda finding sg's vast volume of people overwhelming too....so as u can tell i'm feeling kinda melancholy

Hopefully today will be a better feeling day for you. And don't worry too much about all the people here. Just take your time, and find your way around. Most of the people are pretty nice.
I plan to get a pic uploaded of myself asap. I'm currently looking to meet new people in the NY/NJ area. I just graduated college, and a lot of my friends have either moved on with their lives, or stayed back.
