I rode home from Jersey listening to the sampler cd's that steveneurotic gave me. Its not my usual style of music but there were a few selections that I could get into.

The moment I got home, I had work waiting for me. I trade my domestic services for a place to stay. Its a good deal if you can get it. Plus, I kinda like cleaning. There's a ritualistic aspect to it. So, a full bathroom scrubdown, nine loads of laundry, and four trips to the basement garbage bins later, I finally got around to unpacking my bags. I was supposed to get some other work done - but that didn't happen.
Instead I sat on my ass knitting a scarf and watching 'little black book'
I thought it was going to be trash. Brittney Murphey? But I was assured that I would dig it......and I did. I dig it when a romantic comedy doesn't end with the girl getting the guy. I dig it when the chick figures out that there is something bigger than 'the guy' at stake.
Now I'm getting attempting to get eh procrastination out of my system. I have some phone calls to make, a meeting to set up, and some plane tickets to purchase.
