I've had a personal trainer for a few months, trying to get fitter before I turn 25 in March (eek). My main issue is my flexibility, I feel like I'm made of steel pipes. So she's been getting me to stretch lots and helping me with it that as well as my strength.
I'm still pretty much unable to touch my toes though, so now I've got to aim to do these kind of exercises everyday...
Anyone else been completely inflexible and want to share how you overcame it?
I feel this is something major that I must overcome soon or I'll be mid-twenties and inflexible as a 100 year old!
