I'm blonde again...........................................but not for long.
*EDIT*
I didn't want to spend a lot of time updating earlier b/c I wasn't feeling very well. I'm feeling much better now.
Last night I went to a friend's house party. This friend and his lady put a lot of work, time, money, into throwing these parties (They have one after each home football game). They have bands, and dancing, and their parties are usually a lot of fun. Well last night someone stole this kid's iPod. This kid uses the iPod to keep the party going after all the bands are finished. It makes me very sad that someone would steal his iPod. I mean, he opens his house up to hundreds of people, provides beer and entertainment........and for someone to disrespect him like that REALLY sux! Right now I am really disappointed in my fellow man.
On a slightly more positive note....I've been going to group on Monday nights. *Not gonna say what kind of group it is - No not AA, but I probably need to go to that as well-* I really feel like group is helping me. I was nervous the very first time I went, but each time it get's easier and easier. At least I know that there are other women out there with some of the same issues as me, and we tend to deal with them in similar ways. It makes me feel like I am not fucking crazy. The only thing that sux about it is that I have to drive out to Birmingham. There isn't this specific group in the 'Loos. Really and truly the drive isn't that bad, but it does make for a very long Monday. I'm up at seven to work, then immed. at five I have to leave and drive to B'ham to make it to group on time. Then I usually don't get back home until 10.
Mixtape:
Pick Up The Phone - The Notwist
Dirty Business - Dresden Dolls
Let The Record Show - Emilie Autumn
Diabolical Streak -Jill Tracy
*I bought a wok today* I'm mega excited about that.

If he doesn't recover the ipod, hopefully the majority of the things on it he has on cd or on his computer. Messed up move by whoever.
It'll sound lame but the only word I can think of is congratulations. Congratulations for any and/or all for showing up/listening/sharing.
The gas prices have been going down lately so yay for that through the commute.
