I know I may be super bogus to say this, but despite the recent going-ons w/ the photographers on this site, I still really wanna be an SG...
I never worked with staff, and was denied a shoot by the closest staff to my area. So I don't really know any different...
I hope all the recent changes haven't brought any serious financial harm to anyone, which idk, I don't think being a tog for this site can really pay someones mortgage without another job...

I have a new set out in two weeks! It is my prettiest one yet!
