Last night we went to see the Detroit Cobras/ Reignin Sound, at Gypsy Tea Room. Detroit Cobras were okay....they are a cover band. But the Reignin Sound was awesome. They are a garage rock band fronted by Jay Oblivian (formely of the Oblivians). He is such an awesome guitar player, and he goes off at shows! He gets all sweaty and jerks his body around, as if he is seizing! Very fun to watch, and the drummer looks like he about 55 (but I am told he is much younger). The drummer plays with a very simple sytle, but he looks like he's gonna pass out while trying to keep up Jay.

As for tonight, I am on call. We decided to stay at home, clean up a little, and rent some movies. We seriously need to go grocery shopping. We tried to make a meal out of some food thats been in the freezer/cupboard for a long long time. We made bocca burgers, stuffing, and potatoes. Ended up throwing away more than half of it, and now we're still hungry. Will you feed us?
