disappointing disappointments...

i'm having trouble setting my favorites. the faq was no help, so i emailed a request for help. their response was quite prompt, but all they told me to do was clear my cache. i didn't think that was going to help, but i did it anyway. i was right, it didn't work, so i'm back to square one. i know that this is an inexpensive site, but i am paying for this, is it so much to ask that the functions work properly?
